Important Information

★ All listing pictures are samples.

★ Every item is different as they are handmade and made to order.

★ Tumblers and accessories may have minor imperfections. These are handmade items therefore they will not be perfect.

★ After placing your order you have 24 hours to make any changes on the design. After this time we will charge a fee.

★ You have 24 hours to cancel the order.

 

Turnaround Times:

★ Epoxy tumblers ESTIMATED turnaround time is 3-4 weeks to be ready to ship.  This doesn’t include shipping time. If you need a tumbler for specific date, please message me PRIOR to place your order.

★ Sublimation tumblers turnaround time is 1-2 weeks to be ready to ship.

★ Pen orders estimated turnaround time is 2-3 weeks to be ready to ship. 

★ T-shirts/hoodies/tote bags turnaround time is 1-2 weeks to be ready to ship. We use DTF method to make them, no vinyl used.

★Ready to ship items will be shipped in 7-10 days after purchase. 

 

Tumblers Rush Order:

★ Rush orders have an extra fee. That fee will vary from season and volume of orders that we have at the moment.

★ Rush add-on may not be available sometimes. 

★ You need to add the Rush Order Add-On listing to your cart with the item you want.

 

Refunds and Returns:

★ Since these are custom items, NO REFUND or RETURNS will be accepted. If there is a problem upon receiving the item please contact me within 24 hours. If there is an error on my part, the item will need to be returned to be inspected and fixed. Do not drop. We are not responsible for chips, cracks, scratches, etc from misuse.

 

Shipping:

★ We usually ship through USPS Priority Shipping and the shipping time it can be 3-7 days. Sometimes they can have delays and we are not in control of that.

★ Make sure your shipping address is correct during the check-out process. We can’t make changes. If this happens we will cancel the order and you’ll need to make a new order with the correct address.
